If you received a product and want to return it then you have the right to return part or all of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, after the following are observed:
The returned product must be in its original condition, not unsealed and not opened.
Not to be used, soiled, worn or washed.
In general, the product, its labels, and the packaging that surrounds it must not have been damaged.
The customer assumes the responsibility to package the returned products in a way that ensures the safe return of the products to our company.
The customer undertakes to return the products at his own expenses. Shipments of returned products that have not been paid shipping cost will not be accepted.
If the returned products are part of an offer, then the entire offer package must be returned, unless there has been another prior consultation with our company.
If the returned products are part of an order that benefited from our offer for free shipping then, if there is a shipping charge for the original shipment of the order, it will be deducted from the refund amount that will result from the returned products.
E.g. If your original order was 150 euros and the shipping that corresponded to it was 20 euros (which were not paid due to offer), and a product worth 30 euros is returned, then our company will refund you the amount of 10 euros. However, if your original order was 160 euros, and a product worth 10 euros is returned, then our company will refund you the amount of 10 euros
Before returning, the customer has the obligation to contact www.olivebreeze.gr and fill in the product return form that will be sent to his email.
In the unlikely event that you received a product other than the one you ordered or a defective product, then www.olivebreeze.gr undertakes the complete replacement of the product as long as you contact us and fill in the product return form.
www.olivebreeze.gr is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, or damage when opening the package.
